Equipment Rental Agreement

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
- 14 or more days before event: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 7 to 13 days before event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.

2. Credit Card Authorization

Customer authorizes Crescent Rentals to charge the card on file for the rental balance, damages, and any applicable fees.

3. Customer Ethics

Customers must act respectfully, report damage honestly, and return items clean and on time.

4. Customer Pickup/Return

Customer pickups/returns must occur between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Late returns incur a $50 per day fee.

5. Damage Waiver (Optional)

The optional $25 Damage Waiver covers minor accidental damage from normal use, such as small scratches or light stains. It does NOT cover:
- Missing or stolen items
- Intentional damage or gross negligence
- Water damage (e.g., left in rain)
- Deep stains, burns, cuts, or unreturned items
Customer remains financially responsible for major or excluded damages.

Delivery Service

Crescent Rentals offers delivery to event locations for an additional fee. Our team will transport the rented equipment to the address provided on the reservation.

Delivery charges are based on travel distance, order size, setup requirements, and site conditions.

Tables and chairs are delivered stacked.  Customers should ensure items are restacked and accessible at pickup time unless breakdown service was purchased. 

A 15% labor service fee is applied to orders to account for the work involved in loading, unloading, transporting, and handling rental equipment.

Add-on charges apply when delivery conditions exceed standard service. All additional fees will be discussed prior to delivery and added to your final invoice.

7. Photo Usage

Customer grants Crescent Rentals permission to use photos of rental setups for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds follow the cancellation policy. Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for adjustment.

9. Re-taking of Rental Items

Late return fee: $50 per day. Items must be accessible for pickup or additional labor charges may apply.

10. Marking Underground Utilities

Customer must mark utility lines before tent setup. Crescent Rentals is not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.

11. Assumption of Risk & Release

Customer assumes all risk related to equipment use. Crescent Rentals is not liable for injury or property damage.

12. Non-Refundable Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Final balance due 14 days before event.
